What does a biotin shot do?
Biotin injections are used for the improvement of fine, fragile, or thinning hair. Although biotin occurs naturally in various foods, people suffering from a deficiency usually have a genetic issue that prevents them from fully absorbing this nutrient.
The recoomadation is 3 months course of 1 shot/week for better results.
